Borgosesia has just concluded another important real estate purchase, it is the prestigious Petriolo estate in the Sienese Chianti, which was owned by the Savio family since 1974.
The property includes an 18TH century building, 14 hectares of arable land and 15 hectares of vineyards cultivated for the production of Chianti DOCG.
Borgosesia plans to invest 3.5 million euros, depending on the purchase of part of the mortgage exposure weighing the estate. According to the newspaper “La Nazione”, it is not to be excluded that the estate may in the future be transformed into a high-end accommodation facility.
The villa recently opened its doors to reception services with six rooms and suites available to customers.
