Finanziaria Tosinvest, owner of the former PCI headquarters in Via delle Botteghe Oscure in Rome, recently announced how the building of approximately 8,000 square metres will be restored and converted into a 5-star hotel with 70 keys and a terrace with restaurant. According to the source, the company that will rent the property is a joint venture owned by the hotel group AG Group and the Rossfin Group and will carry out all the redevelopment works.
The future host of the hotel, the AG group, will operate under a well-known international luxury brand. The capital’s 5-star hotel offer, which grew by CAGR + 8.4%, more than doubled in the period 2013-2022. With 68 hotels operating in the luxury sector, Rome ranks as the first destination in Italy for the consistency of the luxury offer.
