The Bulgarella Group, after the purchase of the former Colonia Olivetti in June of last year, now confirms the acquisition of a second colony, the colony Marina A. De Gasperi in Balestrate. The group has acquired the large building complex and, with an investment of around 15 million euros, aims to build a 5-star hotel by the sea. The plan provides for the construction of approximately 127 units divided into rooms, suites and small independent units, as well as bars, restaurants, swimming pools and services attached to the structure. The intervention also provides for the redevelopment of the access road to the new hotel complex, which will return a stretch of waterfront and pedestrian promenade to the citizens. The Bulgarella Group has already completed similar work in Calambrone, in the province of Pisa, where the Toscana Charme Resort was born.
