Covivio and B&B Hotels have signed a contract for 12 years

Covivio group with the main shareholder Delfin di Leonardo Del Vecchio confirms the recovery of the sector already emerged at the end of the 2021 financial statements. 160% of flexible rents in France. These hotels, for a total of 2,565 rooms, formerly owned by Covivio and managed under various brands of the Accor group (Ibis, Novotel and Mercure), were leased under variable rent contracts to AccorInvest itself. Following the signing of the protocol, Covivio and B&B Hotels have therefore committed themselves to new fixed-rate contracts for 12 years. In summary, after the good dynamics that began in the second half of 2021, and despite the Omicron variant, the hotel business recorded a strong increase in the 1st quarter of the year, with + 51% on a like-for-like basis.
