Hines and Blue Noble LLP have finalized an investment of over 80 million Euros, through the Student2 fund (managed by Antirion SGR), to build a new student residence with almost 600 beds in the heart of the Politecnico di Milano, in the Bovisa area.
Two buildings will be constructed on a free land of 45,000 square meters, and whose finalization is scheduled for 2025. One building will have about 250 beds rented at controlled rents, while the second structure, with free market rents, will be able to accommodate over 300 students.
The university residences will be characterized by high quality standards and ancillary services for study and leisure. In fact, the new hub will offer students study rooms, gym, yoga room, laundry and cinema. The ground floor of one of the two buildings, which overlooks Via Andreoli, will be occupied by a retail area. The spaces will host bookshops, groceries, cafes and restaurants.
