Kryalos SGR closes 2021 with a net result of 13.1 million euros, an increase of 54% compared to the 8.5 million recorded in 2020.

In terms of asset under management, the total portfolio managed amounted to €10.2 billion, an increase of 28% compared to the previous year. The office segment is reconfirmed as the most represented asset class (39%), followed by logistics (26%), retail (22%), mixed-use (7%), residential (3%) and hospitality (3%).

As of December 31, 2021, the company managed 55 funds, equal to 7.7 billion euros, in addition to 9 advisory mandates, whose total value rose from 1.2 billion in 2020 to 2.5 billion euros in 2021. The increase is mainly attributable to the new mandate relating to the management of the portfolio of Reale Compagnia Italiana. During 2021, 10 new Funds were launched and 6 were established.

Among the important Italian hotel assets managed by Kryalos SGR there are:

• The W Rome (5* of 162 keys),
• The Hoxton Rome (4* of 192 keys) and
• The Hotel Britannia Excelsior on Lake Como, which will be repositioned as a 5-star hotel.
