Giordano has 15 years of experience within CBRE Hotels and over this period he has worked with different service lines across various geographies.
Within his current role, Giordano head the service line that oversees operator selection and contract negotiation activities across Europe. Thanks to his breath of experience, Giordano also plays an active role in complex investment & strategic advisory projects in Europe and in Italy where he also leads the Consultancy Team.
As part of his role, Giordano also has regular conversations with our wider CBRE teams and clients in Europe, US and APAC as well as with major hotel chains, developers and investors.
Over the last few years, Giordano has successfully worked on some of the most prestigious and complex operator selection mandates across Europe, securing superior commercial terms for my clients.
Giordano’s negotiation experience spans from Management Agreements with capital commitment (ie. Key Money, Guarantees, etc) to Lease and Franchise Agreements, within different geographies and for different types and class of hotels.
