Network Development Manager – Relais & Châteaux

Having graduated with honors with a Double Degree in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan in collaboration with Fudan University in Shanghai, she has always been passionate about travel and luxury and began her career in New York at Giorgio Armani Corporation, later returning to Italy to join Calzedonia Group (now Oniverse). In 2015 she left the world of fashion retail accepting the proposal from Gruppo Ferretti, a leading yachting company and owner of brands such as Riva, Wally, Pershing, and Itama, to represent the 8 brands in the group’s portfolio worldwide as Partnerships & Sponsorships Manager.
In 2019 she has the opportunity to join the Relais & Châteaux family as Partnerships Coordinator for Italy, and in 2021 she becomes Director of the Italian Delegation, already the third Delegation in the world with 51 Associates. Since October 2024 she has been in charge of Network Development also within Relais&Châteaux, with the aim of developing key markets and destinations that are most important to the Association globally.
