Leonardo Stassi

Head of Hospitality – Coldwell Banker Commercial

Leonardo, in the course of his work, has closed about 40 hotel transactions (6,000 rooms); transactions that have included franchising, management and leasing contracts on the hotel chain side and purchase and sale of hotel real estate on the investor side.

Formerly Head of Hotel Real Estate at Bayview where he was in charge of special situations, he was Senior Director Development Italy and Balkans at Marriott International to which he arrived after the merger with the Starwood Hotels group for which he had worked since 2015.

He graduated in Economics in 2004, obtained an MBA from ESSEC Business School in Paris and in the French capital worked as Revenue Management Analyst at Pierre et Vacances. In 2008 he moved to Prague to serve as Hotel Asset Management Analyst at Orco Property Group. In 2010 he joined Hilton, holding the position of Senior Analyst Feasibility and Investment Analysis in the European office in Watford (UK) and in May 2011 moved to Rome as Head of Development Italy.
