CEO – Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR

After working abroad for several years, Ofer Arbib settled in Italy in 2000, the year he launched the real estate portal Casaclick.it, which was later sold to the Pirelli Group, with whom he collaborated.
At the end of 2001, he became CEO of Elitrade, a company founded in Milan in 1996. Under his leadership, the company facilitated valuations, acquisitions, divestments, and the subdivision of numerous real estate portfolios.
In 2005, Elitrade became Colliers Elitrade, now Colliers Italia, one of the leading international players in real estate advisory services, where Arbib served as CEO for eight years.
In 2012, together with other partners, Arbib acquired Antirion SGR, becoming its CEO in May 2018. In April 2022, Antirion SGR became Colliers Global Investors Italy SGR, managing 16 real estate funds (including any active sub-funds) that invest in major asset classes such as office, commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and logistics.
