The Imperial Sport Hotel Pesaro, a 4-star hotel with 47 rooms, is the latest property to join the UNA Group under a franchise agreement. The hotel has recently undergone renovations and has been repositioned as a 4-star establishment. The facilities include a restaurant, a bar, a fitness area, and a swimming pool.

The UNA Group operates 52 properties in Italy, with 34 under direct management and 18 hotels operating under the franchise model, through the UNAWAY, UNA Esperienze, and UNAHOTELS brands, spanning across the midscale, upscale, and luxury segments. It is worth mentioning that recently the UNA Group announced the inclusion of the Grand Hotel San Gemini, a 4-star hotel with 30 rooms, located in San Gemini (TR), and the Hotel T Cagliari, a 4-star hotel with 207 rooms within the UNAHOTELS brand, both under franchise agreements.
